Put your diet on autopilot with Eat This Much. Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and we'll automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your targets. It's like having a personal diet assistant. We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a day's meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like. As a premium user, we'll automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track. Try out the free account to see if our meal plans appeal to you, and upgrade when you're ready. - Follow any eating style or create your own - Hit your macros and calorie targets every day - Empower yourself with automatic control over your diet - Take the anxiety out of picking what to eat - Personalize any of our recipes and they'll replace the original - Reduce food waste - Don't like our suggestions? Easily swap them out or configure the generator to only use foods you like - Manage your virtual pantry (with a premium account) Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. And by the end of the day, there's no guarantee that you'll be anywhere near the nutrition targets you're trying to reach. With our automatic planner, there's nothing to track because everything is already entered for you, and all you have to do is follow the plan. Subscription options: - You can download the app for free and create/customize as many unique meal plans as you want, and save one to your account. - To unlock the features of Eat This Much Premium, you can subscribe for $8.99 USD per month or $84.99 USD per year. • This Version Broke Some Features

Most of the app works well, but what's most important to me is being able to customize my servings and recipes. This version no longer allows me to enter custom serving sizes; the keyboard covers the entry field, so I cannot see it, and will not save what is entered anyway. If you're looking for an app that offers you great meal options based on your personal needs, this is it. If you want to customize your meal plans, this needs an update before it's worth the consideration.
  • I love this app

A very nice way to get ideas that fit my macros while on a cut. Exactly what i’ve been looking for for my fitness goals
  • Not great

I need a mix of random and choice. Some days I want to plug in a favorite recipe, but randomize is the only option. I'd also like a price option. I'm trying to do a Mediterranean diet for medical reasons, but I can afford to buy salmon every week! I'd also like to switch out some ingredients and edit the recipe just for me. It's nice to have and I learned a lot of new favorite healthy recipes. But for as much as it costs, there are better alternatives.
  • Good idea

I like the app and think it’s a great idea, but with all things come some issues. I suggest try there app, but they are a little unrealistic on trying to figure diet plan. I felt some of it was so much food that was difficult for me to consume. Like them telling you how much protein, carbs, etc they recommend. Obviously it’s unrealistic. I’m a guy with lots of muscle and work put a lot and their idea was a lot for a person on protein and carbs on calorie target and so on. But to sum it all, I do like it and I suggest anyone to try it out. Might benefit them better than others.
  • A recipe book for your nutrition goals!

I want to gain weight (muscle) and it provides me differentiated meals within my caloric need to reach my goals...and it's free! I might upgrade to pro where I can get a grocery list of what I need.
  • Great App!

This app saves a ton of time, and indecision when it comes to meal prep or evening dinners. The variety of meals is actually pretty expansive, so if you dont like a meal...swipe until you do. This app caters to paleo, veggie, or vegan diets as well. It allows you to hit calorie targets as well as macros to keep up with diet goals. It takes some effort to become familiar with the app so I suggest going through the tutorials (which u can always refer back to). Once you get going it's: look at the "week view", swipe for your favorite meals, display shopping list, and hit the store. It becomes VERY efficient. And there is a pantry function, so if you already have an ingredient on the shopping list swipe it into your pantry...done.

  • Could use some work

Used this for the past 8 months or so; I like the app for my own meal planning, but don’t like the auto plan feature. I chose Paleo style of eating and it daily will have recipes that are NOT Paleo. I’ve gotten to adding my own custom recipes, deleting everything they put in, and planning everything myself. Just wish I could upload recipes on the app from online rather than type it all by hand. Also wish there were more ingredients (ie Whole Foods items, Coconut Aminos, etc...) and a different way to search for them All as well as by Category. But I paid for a year and 85% of the recipes I use I’ve already typed in, so I guess I’m committed until something else significantly better releases.

I really like how this helps me plan for Keto eating. It’s easy to use and the recipes are nice.
