  • A task list

    By Vickie19
I’m a single mom and one thing i would love is to be able to set tasks for my children. So i know that their doing what they've been told to do before getting on their devices. Other then that the app is wonderful!
  • Don’t do it.

    By you made a mistake
    It’s a scam.
  • It is stupid

    By itme21
I think it is a horrible app. Why give someone a privilege just to restrict them?
  • Ez to bypass

I blocked it with cheesy virus protection xd
  • Love it! But..

I recently switched over to Our Pact after using Teensafe for about 18 months. This app is so much cleaner and CHEAPER! Even for premium. My husband and I both prefer this app for several reasons. I've only had one problem so far- on one of my children's iPad the Our Pact Jr app disappears with all the other apps in blocked/schedule mode. This isn't hugely problematic for this specific child since he can see his schedule on his phone, but the other 2 iPads and 2 iPhones that I have paired do not do this. I tried uninstalling everything, restarting, and reinstalling everything to no avail. Any ideas??? I'd rate it 5 stars if this could be fixed.
  • Great app

    Love it!
  • Almost perfect

    By Skizzlemynizzle
This app is 99% perfect. I love the fact I can manage all our devices from one spot, with almost infinite variables to tweak. It really works, and is effective. The problem? It requires a connection to the Internet to work, and only the Internet. There is no way to add a new network, or connect via Bluetooth as an option. You can disable management as a workaround, but then you have a device in limp mode, unmanaged, and you will need to reinstall management. A simple toggle to change connection is all you need! This won’t be a problem if your devices never leave your house. For us, almost all the usage is OUT of the house, in random places (doctors office, sibling sports, traveling, etc). Fix this, and I will resubscribe!
  • Don’t do this to your kid

It brings more distractions and issues then positive results
  • BEWARE if UPGRADING. (Parent review)

    By EvrAftr
Parents, to download the regular version seems relatively painless UNTIL you realize that basically there is is only 1 restriction (time) that you’re able to setnon the phone. In order to set more, you have to upgrad the to premium. DO NOT Do it! I literally spent 4 hours waiting for the download to complete (you must connect the child’s decide to your computer and back it up —>takes forever) only to find an error message on MY phone and parent portal login (which is also on my PC) so I email customer support. I was hoping that this app (based on reviews) would do what it claimed. It doesn’t, not only is my son’s phone NOT setup, but the instruction process (which btw too from 11:01am-1am AND then gave error messages after it restarted my kids phone so it’s not setup after all that ) to make matters worse; all the gift cards that my kiddo has earned and used for his game apps + the download WIPED all the info from his games. Normally I wouldn’t care, but I did not download this app (ourpact) to punish him. This company needs to disclose more in depth of what the premium download entails. For example, you are adding your kids info from iTunes (ALL) so you had better have money on iCloud Accts and on your computer for the software download 2nd). I followed instructions and it indicated it was fine but then gave error message it failed/not paired. Customer service told me the “connection” was weak. Okay so at 2:20am, the connection was fine because I was the only fool awake using the bandwidth and internet. Point is be aware that the premium version is not as straight forward as the reviews indicate and your child’s gaming info WILL Be Completely lost becasue premium requires a restart of the kids phone. Last. It reatred his phone but still won’t work from the parent portal.
  • Stick to the basics

    By src_13
The free version seems to do the basics fine but frankly, so does my router control when our kids are home which is where most usage occurs. The premium hijacks the device and you have to scramble to make things work again. Ugly. And I'm in IT and use commercial enterprise MDM solutions all the time. This seems like an amateur attempt at a cheap version.
