Additional features are available when you join the Majestic Membership, an optional paid subscription service that funds the app’s development. The Majestic Membership is available for £14,99/month a month or at a discounted 3-month rate of £29.98 upfront (equal to *£9.99* per month). Subscriptions must be managed by the members and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the member's Account Settings after purchase. Members can test the Majestic Membership with a free 7-day trial. The 7-day trial begins when a member signs up for the subscription through their iTunes account. The subscription will be charged on the 7th day unless the member cancels 24 hours before the 7-day trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the member purchases a subscription. Please note the 3-month advanced rate does not include a 7-day trial, but is equal to 33% off the regular monthly charge. To cancel the Membership, members must cancel directly through their iTunes account. Cancellations begin at the end of the current subscription period. All purchases are billed to the payment method that you designate when you sign up for an Apple ID as part of your iTunes account and will appear as Feeld on your iTunes statement.     But I haven’t been able to see my connections because every time I try it says “synchronizing connections this might take a minute and I assure you it’s not a minute
  • Keeps prompting me to update...

    Even though I’ve already updated. Can’t get past the prompt as there’s no way to close it. So I can’t use the actual app.
  • Needs too much work

    We had an account for a few weeks. All of a sudden it stops opening and crashes 1 second after it opens. The tech support help says to uninstall the app then re-download and log in. Except when you click "Login/Register" it starts a whole new profile. No button to just Login. Once they get a simple Login procedure down maybe I'd rate em higher. Update 11/23/17. So we downloaded the update. Didn't want to but we couldn't access our account until we did. Once we received the updated push we logged into the account and all of our "connections" are gone. We cannot see who we have been chatting with nor can we see when we receive a new match. This is getting ridiculous. This app is full of bugs. Quality control needs to step it up. The app is completely unusable now. Our profile shows as a single female, not a couple. Do Not put much effort into this app until the can stabilize the platform.

    The UI with the latest update has rendered the app unusable. The formatting makes it impossible to read, the pics are all way bigger than then UI window, and the description texts are cut off everywhere. Really disappointed.
  • Don’t waste your time

    With new new version 4.0 you are unable to see your matches despite them raising the price for a paid membership. It was working fine before the developers “fixed” it
  • New UI is a major downgrade

    I hate to say this about something that a dev I respect clearly put a ton of energy into, but this is the worst UI update I’ve ever seen on an app that I really care about. Some of the new features seem nice in theory (changing cities, option to bypass certain users rather than like/dislike), but my brain honestly just can’t understand how to interface with the app.
  • Redirect to update, there’s no update.

    I can’t use it ! I’ve been using it for 2 years. Regularly updated. Today it shows a banner with the only option “update” to version 4.0. But redirects to the App Store, where there is no new update. Keep redirecting. No way back in. Please fix !

    This is the worst-working app I have on my phone, by far. It is slow, barely works, often doesn't work at all. Super frustrating.

    I open my app and it keeps telling me there’s an update. So i go to update it and it just prompts me to open the app. Repeat process. Not sure what’s going on?
