    The title says it all. This app is super easy to use and tracks your sleep and factors that effect your sleep pretty accurately. One of the main reasons I use it is because it wakes me up between an interval of time that I am most awake instead of at a certain time. This way I wake up refreshed because I very rarely wake up during my deep sleep cycle.

    I use to like this app but after it updated it made my back up alarms silent. I'm a really deep sleeper (if I ever actually get to sleep) and sometimes I need different alarm noises I order to get up. On multiple occasions I have seen by back up alarm going off in the alerts but because this app was open they were silent. Also there is no snooze so if you try to do a "five more minutes" you risk waking up a hour late. I've been late to work multiple time over that. However I do like that it tracks how I sleep so I can see how my body acts at bed time.

    Since now i have to start waking up earlier for school, i really am back in track with my sleeping schedule.💗Im now more successful in school again. I prefer students and employees..etc; should have this app.

    From the day I downloaded it I have always used it! I love how you can change and interact with the app and as it learns your sleeping habits it gives you feedback and suggestions.

    I may not have used it a lot despite having it for a long time, but when I picked it up and looked it over, it showed it had a lot more than I expected and for a cheaper price as far as I'm aware. It's a very nice layout and pleasant to look at. I also like all the options; it combines both Sleep Cycle and Power Nap, the two apps I have been using. Something that might be worth looking into is being able to change the sleep goal (hours to sleep) while the cycle is running or after the cycle is completed. Sometimes I may forget to change it and I don't believe changing it afterwards does anything. It's a very nice feature, but perhaps there could be a few more options in the cycle screen. Changing the alarm time and the sleep goal in while the cycle is running would improve the app experience for me. Everything else looks pretty good to me!

    Overall this is a great app, and I've been able to keep track of my sleep regularly. I just wish that you could view your history of sleep without having to buy premium :/
