    I installed the app, super excited to use it, but every time I open it and get as far as entering my age to begin..... it crashes. And crashes. And crashes.

    I love this app but I wish that the coaching would still speak out loud after my phone locks. It’s very frustrating to have to make sure that I unlock my phone in time to receive my next instructions. I’d rather just focus on the workout without stressing that I may have missed something if I let my phone lock.

    I'm hoping this gets a little better, but so far my impression is that the real intent of this app is to sell a music subscription for $10 a month. I bought the pro version and when I logged in I was immediately hit up to buy the premium subscription for streaming music to walk to. I declined then set out for my walk. The voice said warm up for 5 minutes. At the end of 5 it told me to walk for 20. I got a half-way there notification then with 5 left - cool down. I thought it might tell me to speed up, slow down or give me some coaching in my pace. Hopefully this gets better the deeper into it you get.

  • Walking App

    I have been exercising on and off nearly my entire life (over 50 years). Now that I am retired, I do not walk as much as when I was working. Because the temperatures in our climate can be in the triple digits, I have a small walking course in our home (hardwood floors). This walking app is fun and has motivated me to exercise. I walk with upbeat music and enjoy the "good job" or "you're halfway there" encouragement. Since beginning this program, I sleep more soundly, have more energy and am excited to workout.
