    I have been using this app for almost 2 years now. I don't like gyms and am rather lazy but I can scrape together 7 mins before work each morning. I've gained a ton of strength and have got more fit from doing the routine (and other dietary changes etc). The app never crashes and the format is perfect for my needs. Would recommend to anyone, and have.

    This app is my favorite 7 minute workout. I was growing sad as the iOS 11 release date approached, since the app hadn't been updated in ages and was due to stop working. Today they updated it! Hooray! Feature request: the 7 Minute Workout Alarm Clock. It wakes you up with, "Next up, Jumping Jacks. In 3, 2, 1... Begin! Jumping Jacks!" In the time another alarm clock gives you to snooze, you'll have finished your workout.

    It is all 5 stars. I chose 1 star to be seen. Here is the bug; the instructor should say "switch side" instead of "halfway there" on the excersize; Side Plank Leg Raise.

    Thanks to this app, I have not missed a day of exercise since March 15, 2016. And I probably missed only about 10 to 20 days in the year before that. This combination of exercises, the short time, and the tracking, has worked very well for me. Thanks!
