Keeps crashing when I try to do challenges! I’ve closed the app, deleted and reinstalled, and cleared cache...still foreclosing! Fix ASAP. Haven’t been able to play in 3 days lol.

Although this is a fun game, it won’t let me do the next challenge. It keeps on saying “Err 91”over and over again when I press “start”
  • Fun but too expensive to be sustainable

I’ve been playing for a couple of weeks now and am enjoying the game, BUT...it is way too expensive for the reward you get. Especially when you consider that at its core, this app is a marketing tool for the designer clothing brands featured in the game. As a rule, I don’t spend real world money on game apps. In this game, it is nearly impossible to progress if you don’t. The “style challenges” have requirements for specific items you have to wear. Often it’s 3-6 required items with a price of at least $200 each. In any given challenge, you may easily be spending upwards of $1000 in new clothing, for which the “reward” is $100-$200. You don’t have to be a mathematical genius to figure out that the player is on the losing end of that deal. Of course, you have opportunities to win items for your closet if you score 4.0 or above for your design. However when your designs are pitted up against other players who have spent real money on extravagant items or special “extras” like hair accessories, it is rare that it happens. Earning diamonds is also a bear. You watch a commercial which may last 30-120 seconds and earn 10 diamonds. Being generous, you could earn 100 diamonds in about 6 minutes of continuous commercial viewing. In reality it’s more like 15 minutes. Regardless, 100 diamonds buys you nearly nothing in this game. Other diamond earning opportunities say they are free but in reality you have to complete a paid order for another affiliate company. It begins to feel more like work than play trying to earn diamonds and makes me not trust brands. A few suggestions which I think would help make the game a better user experience: 1) Increase the challenge payout from $200 to $500, and the daily challenge from $500 to $1000. This will give players at least a little bit more of a chance to recoup the money the spend on designer clothes and reinvest it into future challenges. 2) Increase diamond payout for videos viewed and offers completed to be on par with other platforms, such as Design Home which is the same developer and also uses tapjoy. 3) Reduce the number of required elements OR broaden the criteria for most challenges. Half the time it’s so specific that there is only one piece that will work for any requirement. As I mentioned, at its core, this app is a marketing tool for designer clothing brands. It’s a smart way to engage potential customers and make high end fashion more tangible to middle class users. User monetization within the game is great, but user engagement should be the main focus. And judging by how many fashion houses I tried to join that had 49 inactive players, I would be willing to bet that attrition is due to the lack of return on investment.
  • This game is a joke

I played this game for so long and loved it. After awhile though the game made playing so hard! The events cost too much along with the things in the store and being a teen who doesn’t have extra money to spend on a game I just gave up. The developers don’t seem to care that they’re getting bad reviews and just keep getting greedier and greedier and making people spend more money. I deleted this app awhile ago and looked back at the reviews today and was appalled and wanted to warn people not to download it.
  • Don’t bother, game devs too greedy

Don’t bother to download and play. They designed the game way too imbalanced. They require +$1000 in purchases for every challenge, no piece is less than ~$300-500 (clothing way too overpriced), but the payout for completing the challenge is only $100-$200. That’s it including the bs that you can’t use a purchase more than one. Extremely poor and imbalanced game set up. I’ve paid money here and there for games like Candy Crush and Design Home. But it’s so obvious they are in this for money, and unlike those games, this is impossible to play without purchases - which is no way to entice people to play. I’m deleting the app. **In response to developer comment** If you want to make the game better read everyone’s reviews. Everyone is saying the same thing. Drop all of the in-game purchase value of the clothes or increase the amount of Covet cash we get for completing designs to $300-500 from $100-200 - or do both. Winter line? Why be excited for something you’ve made impossible for the average game player to purchase normally thru game play, and metaphorically arm twisting them into really purchase.
  • Way too expensive

This game is way too expensive to play. I’m talking hundreds of real $$$. I spent a bit in the beginning thinking I could play most challenges if I built up my closet and then spent $50 per month going forward. That isn’t enough. The cost of diamonds is way too high. Then the challenges require several expensive items to enter and it’s frustrating to open the game that you enjoy and want to play only to scroll through tons of challenges you can’t afford. The prizes you win for entering challenges don’t ever apply to challenges going forward. Like you win an ugly short, fancy dress. Ok well most challenges are formal long dresses or are pants with requirements of certain brands or fabric. So your prize dresses or ugly shirts aren’t even that helpful. Seems like this winter season the long dresses are even more expensive with less options. I love this game and want to play. I’ll even spend a couple hundred to start and $50 a month going forward. That’s not even close to enough.
  • Terrible Customer Service

After spending more money than I’d like to admit on this app (the ONLY way to keep playing) I’ve had a couple of issues with spending diamonds (that I paid for) on items and not having them show up on the models. I contacted the support numerous times, tried everything they said to try, and still no luck. Then they ignored me when I asked for a refund for the diamonds that I bought for the specific items that wouldn’t show up, since I’m basically not getting what I paid for. This has happened multiple times and now they don’t even respond to the tickets I’ve submitted. Please save your time and money!! It’s unfortunate that so many people pay to play and this is how they treat their customers.

I️ love this game, but I️ haven't been able to communicate with my Fashion house for over 3 months now. I️ can only review the Rally results by closing and reopening the app, which is quite a headache. Please fix that option. Thanks!

It's so fun to play and I love the endless clothing options, but I used to be able save my looks to my photos, and now every time I try, it goes to my home screen!! Serious problems, especially with crashing... I can’t even enter Style Challenges anymore because IT CRASHES!!!!!!! Just goes to show a perfect app doesn’t exist... also PLEASE DELETE THE CHAT ROOMS!!!!! There is no reason to have chat rooms on children’s games!
