  • Confusing

The game looks really fun Though I just started the game and the instructions are not clear! I have no idea what to do witch leaves the game super boring and an app I am looking forward to delete . Don't waste your storage or time for this game trust me it definitely needs improvement!
  • My favorite game, HORRIBLE customer service

    By MusiqMysfit
There have been a few times where I accidentally purchased an item due to a bug in the game (for instance, the item doesn't show as purchased so I click again, and then all of a sudden I've purchased it twice). These kinds of bugs wouldn't bother me if the customer service just REIMBURSED ME MY MONEY. Not once have they ever reimbursed me my in-game money. It's not like they're losing REAL money, so why can't they help us out for a problem that their game has??

A search option would be super convenient. Also a price filter.
  • Too expensive

    By 3uck7yf7
The app is too expensive to be game. Once you purchase an item and wear it, you have to repurchase the same item. The game is a rip off!! They could at least allow you to get a 5 wears out of an item before having to repurchase. The challenges don't pay anything, and all of the clothing and accessories are overpriced. There is no benefit to playing the game. It is being deleted today. I will not purchase another rip off bundle pack!

Great game to play, the best so far I've played but it's slow to earn money and rewards so could get boring. ***update*** I was so sick and tried of customer service not fixing issues and wasting my money with this game! They don't care about their customers, only their pockets. I eventually closed out my account and uninstalled this game. If you enjoy it now, trust me it will be short lived. They never make you whole again even if it's a system issue on their end and it takes WAAAAYYYY to long to level up unless you plan on spending $50 or more monthly on this game. Uninstalling was the best decision I've made. Look elsewhere there are great games that actually make it fun to play without spending a small fortune!!
  • Horrible Customer Support

    By Swimmer2056789479
I have been playing Covet for two years. It was really really fun until I had a problem. I contacted them for help. They gave me some advise... didn't work. So I contacted them again. They sent me the same text. Argh
  • Don't buy this game. They won't honor your money

    By The Elite Mega
I spent over $200 on this game within one year and suddenly my account can't be linked to my new iPhone. I email them on the app and all I ever get is robotic answers. Ripoff. They will do this this you too. They stole from me. They are thieves. I need my my back. I contacted them and yet to hear a response.
  • Advertisers beware!!! Horrible customer service!!!

    By Livvismom
I've been playing Covet Fashion since June. I really enjoy the game, but it is time I cut my losses and move to Social Girl!!! I agree with many other reviewers, the game is too expensive to play, prizes are terrible and don't get me started on customer service. I probably averaged $25-40 a month making purchases and subscribing to publications. If I were an advertiser, I would definitely think twice about paying for advertisements on Covet Fashion. I made a Fabfit purchase and had to jump through hoops to get the diamonds that were owed to me. I then purchased a toothbrush through Quip and was told by a supervisor ( Gaby ) that although I made a purchase from Quip, I did not prove to Tapjoy I made the purchase from seeing Quip's advertisement on Covet Fashion. I purchased from another device, so I could not prove I made the purchase from seeing the advertisement on Covet Fashion. Really shady on Tapjoys end. At first I blamed Fabfit and Quip, until I realized the problem was on Covet Fashion/Tapjoy's end!!! This is false advertising and I will be contacting Quip to let them know what happened to me. I have to believe, advertising on Covet Fashion is astronomical, since playing the game is so expensive!!$ I am hopeful this review will help at least one person, from having the same negative experience, I, as well as many others have had.
  • Worst customer service!

    By TheJewel718
0 stars!!! Covet DOES NOT care about its customers! In fact they are very rude & prejudice toward you! I have been playing covet for a couple of years... I've given the benefit of the doubt & I'm a very patient person...However, patients & understanding can only go so far! I've had numerous issues & not ONE TIME have these issues been fixed or properly & promptly addressed! Everything from items I purchased disappearing among many other to now my current issue is twice in a row not receiving my $500 for challenges! Every single time they respond to your emails (if they even do) the answer is the same, " we will pass it onto the developers" or "clear your cache" & not one time has this helped & when you reply with letting them know that their same old reply & answer for everything once again hasn't worked ...they don't answer you back!!! NEVER once have they did ANYTHING to fix these issues! Not once!!!
  • Don't Complete Any Offers For Diamonds

    By bridgethylemon
Eventually it always gets back to where you're put into a position where the only way you can play is if you spend more money, save up daily rewards, or to complete offers. I had spent plenty of money on this game just be able to complete their challenges, when I decided to start completing offers instead. Well, I completed a few offers when I started noticing that I wasn't getting my rewarded for completing them. I reached out to tap joy, with proof of completion, thinking they'd help me get my reward; nope, they just closed the investigation because I hadn't sent them enough emails apparently, not once but twice. So then I reached out to fashion covet, who never responded to it period. I have still not got any type of response or my reward.
