Take a look at our screenshots for step by step instructions. When you're on a call and you want to record it, open TapeACall and press the record button. We will put your call on hold and dial our recording line. As soon as our line answers tap the merge button on your screen to create a 3 way call between your other caller and our recording line. If you want to record an outgoing call, just press the record button. The app will dial our recording line and will begin recording as soon as our line answers. Once that happens, tap the add call button on your screen, call the person you want to record, then press the merge button when they answer. —————————————————————— Can I download recordings to my computer? Yes, and we've made it extremely easy to do this. From inside the app you can attach the recording to an email and send it to yourself as an MP3, or you can click the share button and find a short URL that you can type into your computer's browser. —————————————————————— How many recordings can I make? As many as you want! We don't have a limit on the number of recordings you can make. —————————————————————— If you choose to upgrade to TapeACall's Pro subscription with unlimited extended duration recording for 1 year, you will be charged a price according to your country. The price will be shown in the app before you complete the payment. Your TapeACall unlimited recording subscription automatically renews every year and your iTunes account will automatically be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • Can’t be counted on

I have been using TapeACall for several years and I will never use it again. I’m a journalist and the app lost a recording of an important interview I did. They said they have no way of recovering it. I followed all of the steps correctly and an app rep said they had a systemwide failure and my recording didn’t take and they can’t get it back. What’s the point of paying for an app if it isn’t guaranteed to do its basic job?
  • Simply superb

Thank you for your call recording
  • About like amazon prime.

Do not purchase this! When you buy this you are only buying a year of membership. You have to pay the full price again every year. Will not be purchasing this again.
  • Out of 3 min record 1 min

    By BatmanFranco
Mmm why out of a 1 min conversation the recording did 3 min. 2 min of silence and 1 min of actual recording. So far is good anyway!
  • works great

  • Works but you’ll continuously pay

Technically fine. Does what it says it does. Annual fee seems impossible to stop when app is no longer needed. It’s easier to find another app. Edit: I changed stars to 1. Impossible to unsubscribe following “disable “ instructions

Watch theses people and read their terms because it is an overpriced service and almost nowhere do they tell you how much their charges are. I downloaded the app just to review it and boom they charge my credit card account. Now I’m having a problem getting a refund. They have several other apps that look different but are by the same people buyer beware!
  • Excellent

Performs as promised! Clear recordings that can be archived or shared. Option for discreet recording can be used as default or you can add periodic notification for compliance.

  • Don’t use on TMobile

    By Johnny2Tonic
The app itself works great. But now I receive an alert from T-Mobile that they will start charging one cent per minute to call the number in order to use this app. I’m on conference calls five hours a day five days a week, so the charges add up fast. They need to straighten this out with T-Mobile otherwise I cannot use this service.
