    Their Basics meditation program is perfect for learning about and building your meditation habit. The free version doesn’t have much beyond this beginner program, but it’s a great way to begin a very healthy, productive habit

    By far one of the most perfect apps I have ever come across.. I always thought meditation was gimmicky but I came across a few moments in life that made me desperate to find ways to cope with them... and it somehow led me to this app. I can't say mediation solved my problems but it certainly helped ease some of the worries and stress I had. About 2 days of using it after I first downloaded the app- I realized just how much it helped to clear my mind. And this is coming from someone who was completely rigid against the notion that mediation could help with anything. I never believed in it and I was amazed by the fact that one very simple app could change my mind about something like that. Out of all the apps I have EVER come across (health related, or otherwise), I can say this one tops all others in regards to truly improving the quality of people's lives. TL;DR: Get the app. I came into this thinking meditation was a gimmick and ended up leaving with a completely different outlook on it. I dont give the title of life changing to things lightly, but this earns it.

    I’ve never been interested or good at meditation, but recently my anxiety has gotten really bad with physical side effects, so I need to work on it. These guided meditations have definitely made a difference. I’m not cured of anxiety, but I’m feeling better, and I also feel really positive knowing that I’m doing something to help myself.

    I’ve downloaded both this app and the Calm app. I thought the letter was expensive until I saw this one cost almost $100. Who can afford these things? You get about three free meditations and that’s it. Both are so disappointing. I also find it interesting that the ‘editors choice’ commendation always seems to go to the most expensive apps. Why is that? Do developers pay for this distinction? It’s just fishy to me.

    I downloaded this app just to check it out. And it has turned into the perfect way to ease my anxiety and calm my nerves. Whenever I feel restless or anxious or like there just isn’t enough time. Taking 5 minutes to meditate really brings me back to reality. Having the option for longer sessions is also good. Sometimes I use to help get ready for bed. Definitely would recommend.

    This is soooo helpful. Never though my mobile could help me connect with myself. It's not the mobile though, it's the people behind this app who distilled thousands of years of wizdom and made it available to others. This app helps the most to those who need the most help from meditation; those who are tired; those who don't have the luxury of joining a group and only have 10 minutes to themselves, if they are lucky. I particularly appreciate the videos and the info on the Web that the company provide. A perfect balance of ancient knowledge and scientific backing. No mystic mumbo jumbo: techniques will not collide with religious beliefs whatever they may be.

    I’m a beginner at meditation & headspace actually helps. Controlling thoughts seems difficult & can cause more stress, but with the guided meditation sessions I learned it’s not about control thoughts but dealing with them. Would highly recommend.

    I was drawn to this app through your Nike running club audio runs. It looks like a really good app, I am considering the lifetime membership even though I am very short on money right now. Very interesting ideas and as a classical, performing musician who is also a teacher I am finding, not surprisingly, that the meditative aspects are coming somewhat naturally to me and so although I am learning something I also feel that I am developing skills that I already knew through a different path. I really like this approach.
