When you cancel in the app it tells you to call AT&T's customer support. After 30 minutes of trying they sent me to Apple Support. Still waiting.....

Who wants to view their kid or find a phone that fell out of their pocket. Only to realize the app only pinpoints a 3 mile radius. Not accurate enough.

My mother sent me a request from this app itself. She owns a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, and when I clicked the web address, it sent me to the correct webpage, but when I clicked the pop-up message saying that I should open it in FamilyMap's app, I did so, and the app did not respond. Can you please make an alternative or easier way to have the phone respond to this? I currently own an iPhone 6s.

It's fairly accurate as to the location (usually within a couple of miles radius). I hope to see continued improvement as technology advances.
  • I really like this app but

Very inaccurate. I'd say it's correct about 10% of the time.

Rarely will it get you to the exact address. But usually it will get you in the general area. About a 1-3 mile circle. But I will say, it has gotten better from where it started out. Used to be hit and miss, a lot!
