Waking up made easy Sleep Cycle is an intelligent alarm clock that tracks your sleep patterns and wakes you up in light sleep - the natural way to wake up, feeling rested and energized. No need to place your device in bed - Sleep Cycles uses sound analysis sleep tracking. How it works • As you sleep, you go through different sleep phases, ranging from light to deep sleep and back again. The sleep phase you are in when your alarm goes off is critical for how rested you will feel when you wake up. • While you sleep, your movements vary depending on what sleep phase you are in. Sleep Cycle’s patented sound technology tracks your sleep patterns using sound or vibration analysis, monitoring your movements in bed throughout the different sleep phases. • Sleep Cycle finds the optimal time when you are in light sleep to wake you up in the morning, during a predefined 30 minute time window that ends at your set alarm time. Waking up in light sleep feels like waking up naturally without an alarm, leaving you feeling rested and energized. • All you need to do is turn Sleep Cycle on before going to bed, and place your device on your nightstand or close by on the floor. • Great app

    By Peter nyc
Update now at 1,847 nights. App works fine apart from the heart rate every couple of weeks it records my heart rate very high today 100 bpm. When it does this I immediately go to another of their apps “Heart Rate” and take a reading today it was 62 bpm. My waking heart rate is always (99.99%) between 59/62. This feeds the correct reading to the apple health app. I would write to tell them of this problem but as you may find out they are impossible to contact. I have been using it every day for 1,346 days. I find it shows my sleep patterns and wakes me up refreshed. The heart rate is off about once every two weeks for one day I downloaded their stand alone heart rate and double check with that for some reason it seems more consistent.
  • Radiation?

    By Harrahs
I used this last night and it worked great! but just one question..having your phone by your bed when you sleep every night will it cause a lot of radiation in your brain?
  • News and weather feature

    By Kcavie
It would be amazing to add a voice for weather and news alarm.
  • Great, easy to use.

    By Stratzah
Simple and easy to learn. Would recommend an editable waking time gap, currently the waking time gap is 30mins. There are also a few functions used in the app that seem as though they might be used to offer the user feedback or recommendations but give no such thing, mostly statistics. For instance you may see a region’s average amount of time slept or when they go to sleep; You may also be asked how you feel when you wake up (you must enable this function manually) but these inclusions return no feedback. Maybe the developers just designed the app to offer statistics and leave the action taken to the user. Still a great multifunctional Alarm Clock, would recommend.
  • Want my money back

    By xJOBOx
Uninstalled after a week but was still charged full price. I don’t know how to unregister and get my money back for a service I don’t want and don’t need.
  • I was clearly awake while it recorded me sleeping

    By pointmanpl
Three significant periods of being awake were completely missed by this app that I know of in my week trial. Once I was awake and using my iphone for an hour an it recorded me being in fem sleep and in deep sleep during that time Twice when I awoke before alarm went though alarm was to “choose” optimal time to wake me within a 30 min period totally missed most optimal time since after all it was not aware I was awake. I did like the recording of my snoring and that was helpful to see a graph though often recorded my spouse So I give it a free stars but could not rely on this being even relatively accurate. That is my experience despite the other rave reviews.
  • A great alarm clock with a mediocre watch app

    By Snapplecap84
The title says it all. This is an awesome alarm clock that promises to wake you when you’re in light sleep. It works as advertised and is a great tool. The watch app is less than stellar and misses many opportunities to make this app truly magical. An automatic sleep tracking feature should be incorporated. Users should be able to fall asleep and have their sleep tracked automatically and then be woken up in their predetermined time window without having to do anything. Hopefully this happens in the next update. Four stars.

  • Great app, great team

    By IPhone Browncoat
I have used this app as my primary alarm for over 1,400 nights. It works and the sleep insights it provides are very helpful in life tuning. The Support staff is responsive, honest and geared towards customer service. An excellent combination.
