  • Authentication problems with Files app

    Haven’t had any issue until this current update enabling the app to work with iOS 11, specifically the new Files app. I keep the Box app secure with a passcode and Touch ID. The Box app won’t sync with the Files app because it gets hung up on authentication. By contrast, I have the Google Drive app secure the same way, and the Files app has no problems working with it. Come on developers, get it together.
  • Keep getting prompted to login

    After the last two updates I keep getting prompted to login after a bit of inactivity. This needs to be fixed!
  • Continues to be poor

    Continues to be sloppy. Swiping through docs or pics is really poor. Locally stored files disappeared with the last update. Everything was totally reset. Every preference. Not cool. Guys take a look at Dropbox. Their app continues to put you to shame.

    The app still logs out the user and deletes all files selected for offline access. These issues must run deep, as multiple revisions do not seem to be solving the problems.

  • iOS 11 does NOT stay signed in

    The whole purpose of cloud drives is access for program storage and ease of access across multiple devices. The iOS 11 update doesn’t let you stay signed in for more than 12 hours. This annoyance makes it easier to utilize other services that don’t take up my time by making me sign in twice a day. Fix this issue, and it goes back to full functionality.

    I don't know what happened to this app but things like the constant "cannot load file" error is just terrible. It has persisted for more than a year. Despite them saying they are going to fix it it persists. It's very tough to remain patient and continue using this app. The fact that you can't upload more than 250 megabyte files without paying is a joke! Many other services have no limit. That and the "cannot load file error" on 80 percent of my photos has me looking elsewhere.
