  • Very helpful accountability tool for weight loss

Highly recommend best free app I could find with so many features. I'm using to track my Isagenix system and it's been extremely helpful. Considering paying for the upgrade which is pricy but you get what you pay for I guess.
  • Great App

I've used this app for the last year. I had gastric bypass surgery so I use it to keep up with my weight loss and my protein intake. I wish the data base was a bit more extensive but for the most part it has more than fulfilled my needs. I would, and have, recommend this app.

MyNetDiary is a great app! I use it constantly to track everything I eat. I helps to know how I am doing. It is very reliable. Update: when you're later and I'm still using it. I have lost about 20 pounds.

Very helpful during the past year losing 45 pounds. Also, it's important that I track my sodium and this has been invaluable.

  • Great Tool For Healthy Eating!

Period of use: 2 yrs Personal experience: This app has given me a decisive edge in losing unhealthy body weight by allowing me to visualize and maintain awareness of my eating and drinking habits. Dropped about 15 lb in a year and maintained body weight consistently through the following year by monitoring food intake, staying hydrated, and exercising in moderation. The app does not give you will power or moderation, but helps you to use these qualities more effectively. Observations: Easy to use and navigate. Intuitive with an excellent graphical interface. Most important is it's use for tracking hydration and nutrients of concern, and to monitor calories you can shove through your 'pie hole' to accomplish your weight objectives (current weight vs desired weight), based on age, stature (height), current weight, and physical activity level. Record what you eat on a daily basis in each of four categories (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks), your fluid intake in 8 oz increments (indicated by tapping on each of multiple drinking glass icons), and even record your daily body weight. Included with the free app are a daily nutrition summary and graph depicting daily weight variation over time vs you weight objective track. This app has a reasonably well developed database of nutrition data for many foods and drink, certainly as good as any of the other competitive apps on the market, and allows the user to both input nutritional data for additional items and create custom foods from a recipe of multiple items. Items recently entered and the user's own custom recipes are shown first when adding items to your daily intake, using predictive text (like text message programs).
  • Nice app

A nice app for tracking exercise and foods and showing nutritional values. A few words about favorites... would be nice if favorites were any food or exercise I enter unless I unclick on the star allowing me to control favorites. Would like the favorites to be in alpha order within the categories (ie: vegetables Asparagus - Zuc...). Also the ability to have either breakfast favorites only or all favorites listed when asking for favs when entering breakfast (lunch, dinner, snacks same). Last, to have the ability to edit and delete custom foods I create.
