Don’t waste your money. Pretty good on flowers, not 90+% accuracy that they claim. Pretty poor on leaves. A book works much better.
  • Lovin’ it !

If you follow the instructions, this app will give you a list to chose the plant from. WOW, Google can do that. Waste of money.
  • Lousy App

This app is useless. It has not correctly identified a single plant in 8-10 attempts. Maybe it works in perfect lab conditions but it’s useless “in the wild” so to speak. Zero stars but the review forces at least one. I want my money back.

I took two photos of the same kind of flower (each photo taken in a different place) & got two different names. I thought my photos were pretty good. I can clearly see the shapes of the flowers which are Sambucus Nigra. However the other photo came up as Blackhaw. I really want this app to work but it appears the learning curve is a bit steep for me.

Don’t waste your time or money. It was wrong 80% to 90% of the time. PlantSnap’s responses to poor reviews claim they’ll refund your money and cancel on request. Good luck with that. I emailed asking to cancel and get a refund. I received two long emails essentially blaming me. They asked for photos and more details. I sent more information, and again asked for a refund. In reply I have received .......... NOTHING. No email. No refund.
  • Great idea, but can’t identify much of anything

Maybe it can correctly 1 out of 10 plants. Very disappointed.
